RESEARCH

I am a fifth-year PhD candidate in the English and Comparative Literature programme at Columbia University with a focus on 20th/21st-century experimental poetry and poetics alongside race, ethnic and diaspora studies. Although I predominantly work on Asian and African diasporic poetry in the USA, I am broadly interested in the aesthetics of (racial) form ± the long poem ± ecopoetics ± experimentalism within post-1945 Anglophone and avant-garde poetics. ​​​More information can be found here.
